Introduction.
- Under this agreement Lofotlove AS is the seller of services and a subject legally responsible for activities taking place via the following webpage www.lofotlove.no. All prices are in NOK with VAT included. Your credit card will be charged 100% right after you finish your booking process and the receipt will be sent by email.
- Lofotlove AS guarantees that the storage and use of personal data shall always take place in accordance with the guidelines in force. Personal data shall not be used for purposes other than connected with the agreement between Lofotlove AS and the guest.
- Booking and cancellation policy applies to all services. The guest has to be of age.
Booking and confirmation
- Reservation made via the on-line form, in writing or in oral form shall be binding for both parties.
- While making a reservation the guest provides information concerning their name and surname, address, mobile phone number, credit card number with expiry date, as well as the time of arrival and departure.
Arrival and departure of the guest
- Unless agreed otherwise, the accommodation shall be at the guest’s disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Checking-out needs to take place on the day of departure at 11 a.m. at the latest. Late check out without agreement requires the fee of 500,-.
- At the check-in the guest provides personal data and pays for their stay in advance according to the agreement, unless the stay has already been paid for during the online booking or prepayment.
- In the case of a reservation made on the day of arrival and unused, an invoice shall be issued for the first day of stay.
Cancellation and no show
- The guest may cancel the reservation without incurring any costs at least 7 days before the date of arrival.
- (No show) – If a reservation has not been cancelled, or has been cancelled less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the guest shall pay 100% compensation for services stipulated in the agreement, unless agreed otherwise.
- In the case of a reservation made on the day of arrival and unused, a payment shall be issued for the first day of the reservation.
Booking and cancellation of equipment
- The rental equipment will be delivered to the renter’s apartment, or to another chosen place, at the time agreed beforehand.
- Renter may cancel the reservation without incurring any costs latest 24h before the date of rental.
- Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as received, except for ordinary wear and tear and ordinary adjustments on the due date and time and at the location specified by Lofotlove AS at time of rental. Renter understands that there will be additional charges if the equipment is returned at a different time, date, or location than indicated in this agreement, including late charges and additional rental charges at no less than the daily or hourly rate applicable to the rental.
- If renter experiences any malfunctions with the equipment during the rental period, renter should immediately notify Lofotlove AS
- Renter understands and acknowledge that the equipment is provided “as is” and without warranties. Renter further understands and acknowledges that both indoors and outdoors activities can be hazardous that entails known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to self, to property, or to third parties.
Reimbursement of money
In the case of a cancellation in accordance with the deadline, Lofotlove AS shall reimburse the incurred costs to the guest.
